Grants for grads, applications now open!

Hey graduate students, would you like a few thousand dollars to help fund your predissertation or dissertation field research? Well, good news! Each year the Society for Economic Anthropology sponsors two grant competitions to help fund graduate student research. The deadline for both awards is 15 Jan 2021.

Applicants seeking predissertation research funding should apply for the Halperin Award, named in memory of SEA past president Rhoda Halperin.

Applicants seeking dissertation research funds should apply for the M. Estellie Smith Award, named in memory of SEA past president M. Estellie Smith.
