Hello SEA folks — especially graduate students or those who mentor/advise them:
Each year the Society for Economic Anthropology sponsors two grant competitions to help fund graduate student research. The deadline for both awards is 15 December 2021.
Applicants seeking pre-dissertation research funding should apply for the Halperin Award, named in memory of SEA past president Rhoda Halperin.
Applicants seeking dissertation research funds should apply for the M. Estellie Smith Award, named in memory of SEA past president M. Estellie Smith.
